BOOKING CONDITIONS AND TERMS
DEPOSIT: Upon confirmation of booking we require a 50% deposit of the total rental value. The remaining 50% will be required 28 days before your arrival date.
CHANGES TO BOOKING: Any requests to change a booking, we will endeavour to accomodate booking changes, but this is subject to availability of the villa.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a cancellation is required we will need to be notified in writing (fax or email is acceptable)For a full refund of the deposit, a minimum of 3 months notice is required. Cancellations made less than 3 months prior to the arrival date will not be eligible for a deposit refund. All monies paid as a deposit will be forfeited. Final payments are non-refundable.
LIABILITY: Villa Manis is not liable to damage, loss, injury and death sustained by residing clients both inside and outside the villa. Clients are liable to cover any losses and damages to the villa during occupation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments
are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check in time is 2pm on day of arrival. Check out time 11am on day of departure. Unless prior arrangements have been made
